By Edward Blake
Described as 'acousmatic' music (like… whatever), Sonars is audio-experimentation given a wide vision, more so than the usual self-centered experience that Isolationist music presents. The music is collage-heavy at times, a bustle of space and tension that can soon throw you into a pretty tense state so this isn't recommended to the tired or stressed. But beneath the heavy atmosphere there are some pleasingly strange sounds and melodies going on. Mainly sounds mind you.
